My name is Michael Jones, and I am an experienced professional trainer and coach specializing in Mental Health, Cyber Safety, and Safeguarding. As a mental health first aider and instructor, I am registered with Mental Health England. My professional focus has always been working with young people, yet I found myself more and more in demand to train and coach in areas beyond the scope of youth work; areas where my skills and experience are equally applicable. Hence,  Journey was born.

I believe that knowledge and awareness are crucial, especially as we observe a growing number of individuals of all ages facing challenges in these areas. 

I'm a trainer, mentor and coach with a professional and personal investment in improving the lives of others. 

Holistic coaching is something I have a passion for and over my life I have developed a friendly and professional style to help and guide in a knowledgable and non-judgemental manner.

Journey Training, Coaching and Consultancy is an establishment dedicated to assisting businesses and individuals to adapt, endure, and flourish in today's world. 

I have had a personal journey and now I want to help you with yours.

Outside of Journey, I'm the co-host of the popular podcast "I Don't Know Much, But..." with my colleague and friend Carrie-Ann Stevens and have published two books of my own poetry; "Wolfstag: Poetry and Words" and "The Plane Leaves At Six".
